Justin began his career in the events industry while completing his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University. He became the wait staff supervisor of the elite team of waiters that served the Board of Regents and Texas A&M’s president. He later broadened this experience in Houston, Austin and Dallas by working as a waiter captain with several well-known Texas caterers.
After serving as the Operations Director and Sales Manager in two different Dallas staffing companies, Justin continued on from there to earn an unparalleled reputation for excellence in the events industry. Now, as the VP of Marketing for Trinity Event Staffing, he is widely respected for his industry expertise that has steadily raised the bar for the event staffing industry at large. Both through his extensive experience and penchant for innovative solutions, Justin remains an influential figure for the events industry.

With an extensive background in event coordinating, catering operations and restaurant management, Kristen is a subject matter expert when it comes to the events and hospitality industry. She is uniquely qualified in her position at Trinity Event Staffing to handle many of the day-to-day functions including overseeing many internal processes, assessing operations, and improving the growth of the organization. And with both extensive Fine Dining Service training as well as a degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Kristen has a proven track record that she understands and embraces excellence in her industry skills.

With over 10 years of financial and management experience, Rachel is the owner of Onyx Industries and oversees the financial, accounting and administrative affairs for several other companies. Rachel graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in December 2007 after obtaining her bachelor’s Degree. Since then, she has worked in all manner of management, accounting and finance roles, working upwards and moving into financial management and budgeting. She has worked for small businesses, start-ups and some national brands.

Abraham started his career in events and hospitality over ten years ago as a waiter and bartender in restaurants and event staffing companies. He therefore brings extensive experience and a standard of excellence, which are requirements of the Trinity culture. Abraham joined the team as a scheduler and event lead. He quickly rose to the position of Scheduling Coordinator before assuming the vital role of Director of Operations to oversee the quality of Trinity’s teams and leadership.
Brendan is the Chief Innovation Officer at Trinity Event Staffing and is also a writer, chef, personal trainer and business consultant. He came to find his current roles and endeavors through a passion for learning, and a passion for passion itself. In the last decade, Brendan has completed a challenging and diverse self-apprenticeship in leadership, interpersonal communication, psychology, process optimization, culinary arts, digital storytelling, writing, fitness, meta-learning, and manual labor.
Brendan grew up in a World Heritage Site–Banff, Alberta, Canada…but has always been part Texan at heart.

Denise joined the Trinity family in 2017 working as a server, bartender, and chef. She quickly proved that she has both the personality and professionalism to handle client relations. As Trinity Event Staffing’s Client Relations Manager she brings to bear her many years of experience in sales & marketing, human resources, management, and in the hospitality industry. Denise draws from her extensive experience as a restaurant manager, trainer and coordinator. Her higher education includes an Associates Degrees in Dental Technology/Radiology and Human Anatomy from Chicago University. Shew additionally holds a Masters Degree in Business/Practice Management from Baylor College of Dallas. Denise believes that attitude is everything and strives to give clients a positive experience!

Stacey Bravo joined Trinity Event Staffing in September 2016 and has 20 years of diverse human resources experience. As the Human Resources Director, Stacey is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding staff and helping with developing new strategies to continue to improve overall HR functions. As an HR Professional, Stacey has worked with large and small organizations in various stages of their business cycles. She has experience with HR process and policy development and implementation, benefits design and management, compliance, employee relations and performance management, HR strategy development and implementation, recruitment, and compensation. Prior to joining Trinity Event Staffing, she was Director of Human Resources for Hospital
Corporation of America (HCA). Stacey worked in several of their facilities doing different types of Human Resources roles. Stacey has a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for several years. In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, riding dirt bikes, watching her kids play sports and traveling.

Luis got his start in events with Carlton Hospitality in Houston. After moving to Dallas/Fort Worth, Luis joined Trinity Event Staffing in 2011-2013 while serving as a US Marine Corps reservist. The years of extensive events crafted his skills into a tightly-honed capability. He subsequently left to go serve his country by completing multiple tours with the USMC to help bring stability to war-torn Iraq. Upon returning to Dallas in 2017, Luis rejoined the Trinity team as a field operations specialist. His extensive technical skill combined with his keen attention to client needs makes him a valued member of the Trinity Event Staffing team.
