All necessary equipment and supplies need to be provided by the client. We do not provide rentals or equipment. Our staff can set up everything provided or rented, and clean it up after the event. Please request times to arrive and leave with enough time before and after your event for staff to set up and break down.

Please contact our office to make a special request. Vests are only permitted during cooler months (not during summer May-September).

On long events (more than 6 hours), we like to prepare for water and food for the staff to continue working at optimal levels. Will the staff have access to or be provided with water and food? (Staff who are given breaks will report their break in 15 min increments which will be deducted from their total time.)
