Welcome to Trinity Event Staffing’s Application Page.

SEND ALL OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com

1) REQUIRED W9 form HERE.  Fill out the form, print it, and either scan/email it to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com, fax it to 877-485-6160 or mail it to Trinity Event Staffing, 25 Highland Park Village, Suite 100-424, Dallas, TX 75205.

2) REQUIRED Picture of yourself.  Should be a recent photo.  Photos that are emailed must be less than 1MB in size and preferably a JPEG image. Attach 1-2 photos and email to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com

3) REQUIRED Subcontractor Application HERE.  After filling out all information, click SEND at the bottom. Make sure that the page tells you “Your Application has been sent!” and it will automatically send your responses to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com.

4) REQUIRED Read and understand the Subcontractor Agreement HERE
