As such, Subcontractor agrees to release and hold Client harmless for any physical injuries to Subcontractor that may occur while driving to and from and performing work at contracted job assignments through Client. Any disputes between the Parties arising out of subcontractor working contract assignments or related to this Agreement, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration with a JAMS arbiter in Dallas, Texas. This provision acts as a waiver of the right to a civil or criminal trial in favor of the benefits of arbitration.
