Scheduler Job Opportunity

We are seeking professional individuals to perform valuable functions within our corporate office in Dallas. Join our growing company and be apart of our passionate team as a scheduler. Our business is centered around our talented staff, and as a scheduler you will work first hand with them. You will take part in assisting in their growth, evaluating their skills and offering them opportunities.

Scheduler Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience (restaurant management a plus)
  • Computer/technology skills
  • Excellent skills in organization, time management and communication
  • Able to work early mornings and weekends (40-50 hours per week)
  • Perform tasks without supervision/ self starter
  • Have your own home computer or laptop with strong internet connection and able to work from home after hours or weekend
Scheduler Job Duties:
  • Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Reliable and on time
  • Respond to questions, concerns and complaints from staff, vendors or clients
  • Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager
  • Schedule staff according to company guidelines and directions from supervisors
  • Be “On Call” on assigned days to follow up with staff before their events to ensure fulfillment of all orders and trouble shoot issues as they arise

We are offering a competitive starting salary with one week of paid leave time and $20/per hour field pay working events.
