Put your face mask on, clock in on the NextCrew app and check in with the lead or clientRequest that the client show you where you may wash your hands. Wash hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap (when possible) and according to Hand Washing GuidelinesAlways remain 6 feet away from everyone as much as possibleDo not to touch your mask, hair, clothing, face or personal items/phone. If you need to, then do so out of site then wash hands immediately after.When gloves are available, wear glove while you are:Handling, preparing and serving foodBussing dirty glassware, dishes and flatwareWhen taking garbage outWhen sanitizing or cleaning surfacesBe sure to follow Glove GuidelinesCheck out with the client and be sure you have taken care of their needsClock out in the NextCrew appProvide feedback to Trinity Event Staffing operations staffAdditional screening:Some clients may have additional screening required such as:Taking your temperature with a forehead thermometerAsking you to sign an agreement that you are symptom free and not taking any fever reducing medicineIn some cases a client may request for you to take a swab test. In these cases the test will be scheduled days before your assignment and will be paid for by the client.Please follow all additional guidelines that a client may ask you to follow.After your assignment:Go directly to your place of residence. Do not enter any other building, home or facility.Remove shoes and leave outside (if possible) or just inside your door. Place in/on a plastic or metal bin or tray (that can be washed daily)Remove outer clothing and mask before entering or just inside the door and place immediately into a plastic bag or directly into the laundry machine.Launder uniform and face mask as appropriate and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If possible, launder items using the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and dry items completely.Shower or bath with soap/shampoo, or at a minimum wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.Uniforms must be washed after each shift or before working another shift. Wash uniforms no more than 3 days before working a shift.Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Notify Trinity Event Staffing immediately if you do not have a face maskCarefully untie (or unhook from the ears) and pull away from face without touching the frontWash your face mask after each shift with soap or detergent at the hottest temperature setting and according to the manufacturers instructions. Then dry completely. Store in a plastic resealable bag.Hand Washing Guidelines:Wet your hands with clean running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soapLather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nailsScrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song twiceRinse your hands under clean, running waterDry your hands using a clean towel, paper towel or air dry themWhen to wash your hands:Before putting a new pair of gloves onBefore, during, and after preparing foodBefore and after eating foodAfter using the toiletAfter touching garbageIf your hands are visibly dirty or greasyAfter blowing one’s nose, coughing, or sneezingAfter changing diapers, or cleaning up a child who has used the bathroomAfter touching an animal, animal feed, or animal wasteAfter handling pet food or pet treatsBefore and after treating a cut or woundBefore and after providing routine care for another person who needs assistance (e.g., a child)Hand sanitizer: If soap and water are not available and hands are not visibly dirty, an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol may be used. However, if hands are visibly dirty, always wash hands with soap and water.Glove Guidelines:Wash hands and forearms with soap and water for 20 seconds, then dry hands completely with disposable paper towel. If a sink and soap is not available then use a teaspoon of hand sanitizer.Pull out a pair of unused gloves from the box and put on. Do not hold extra gloves in your pocket.Change your gloves frequently:After switching tasks or areasAfter sanitizing a restroomAfter removing trash from a trash canChange at least once per hourWash hands before putting on a new pair of glovesDo not wear gloves while eating or using the restroomPersonal HealthYour health is our top priorityContact Trinity immediately if you have come into contact with someone or if you yourself start to have any of the following symptoms:CoughShortness of breath or difficulty breathingChills/ FeverRepeated shaking with chillsMuscle painHeadacheSore throatLoss of taste or smellDiarrheaWe ask that you comply with any and all state, county or national guidelines to limit your exposure. Please protect yourself with a face mask while in public places. Comply with social distancing guidelines and stay-at-home orders when in place.Notify Trinity if you plan to or have traveled outside of the state and/or the country.If you do come into close contact with someone who is positive for the virus, then we ask you to self quarantine for a minimum of 14 days after exposure. You will need to provide for your own testing (CVS Minute Clinic tests are free or covered by most insurance, Visit https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing to make an appointment at a location near you). Once you have submitted a negative test to HR then you will cleared to work. (Exceptions: You can be exempt from self quarantine if you have already been ill with COVID-19 and tested positive for the virus in the last 3 months.)If you have any of the above symptoms, you will need to provide for your own testing. If you receive a positive result, please self quarantine until 10 days after symptoms first appeared and 48 hours with no fever and other symptoms of COVID-19 are improving. If you choose not to be tested, then you can return to work 14 days after symptoms first appeared and 48 hours with no fever and all symptoms have improved.
