Prepare for your assignment:
- Read all specific assignment details on your NextCrew portal and “Confirm”
- Respond to all calls and messages from Trinity Event Staffing schedulers
- Follow Trinity guidelines for appearance and grooming
- Have your face mask washed and ready to take with you (if requested to)
Your assignment:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled assignment. Put your face mask on (if requested to), clock in on
the NextCrew app and check in with the lead or client - Do not touch your mask, hair, clothing, face or personal items/phone. If you need to, then
do so out of site then wash hands immediately after. - When gloves are available, wear glove while you are:
- Handling, preparing and serving food
- Bussing dirty glassware, dishes and flatware
- When taking garbage out
- When sanitizing or cleaning surfaces
- Be sure to follow Glove Guidelines
- Check out with the client and be sure you have taken care of their needs
- Clock out in the NextCrew app
- Provide feedback to Trinity Event Staffing operations staff
Additional screening:
Some clients may have additional screening required such as:
- Taking your temperature with a forehead thermometer
- Asking you to sign an agreement that you are symptom free and not taking any fever reducing medicine
- In some cases a client may request for you to take a swab test. In these cases the test will
be scheduled days before your assignment and will be paid for by the client.
Please follow all additional guidelines that a client may ask you to follow.
Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Notify Trinity Event Staffing immediately if you do not have a face mask
- Carefully untie (or unhook from the ears) and pull away from face without touching the front
- Wash your face mask after each shift with soap or detergent at the hottest temperature setting and according to the manufacturers instructions. Then dry completely. Store in a plastic resealable bag.
Hand Washing Guidelines:
- Wet your hands with clean running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap
- Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails
- Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song twice
- Rinse your hands under clean, running water
- Dry your hands using a clean towel, paper towel or air dry them
- When to wash your hands:
- Before putting a new pair of gloves on
- Before, during, and after preparing food
- Before and after eating food
- After using the toilet
- After touching garbage
- If your hands are visibly dirty or greasy
- After blowing one’s nose, coughing, or sneezing
- After changing diapers, or cleaning up a child who has used the bathroom
- After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
- After handling pet food or pet treats
- Before and after treating a cut or wound
- Before and after providing routine care for another person who needs assistance (e.g.,
a child) - Hand sanitizer: If soap and water are not available and hands are not visibly dirty, an
alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol may be used. However, if
hands are visibly dirty, always wash hands with soap and water.
Glove Guidelines:
- Wash hands and forearms with soap and water for 20 seconds, then dry hands completely
with disposable paper towel. If a sink and soap is not available then use a teaspoon of
hand sanitizer. - Pull out a pair of unused gloves from the box and put on. Do not hold extra gloves in your
pocket. - Change your gloves frequently:
- After switching tasks or areas
- After sanitizing a restroom
- After removing trash from a trash can
- Change at least once per hour
- Wash hands before putting on a new pair of gloves
- Do not wear gloves while eating or using the restroom
Personal Health
- Your health is our top priority
- We ask that you comply with any and all state, county or national guidelines in affect.
- Contact Trinity immediately if you have come into contact with someone or if you yourself start to have any of the following symptoms:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills/ Fever
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
