We are seeking a professional individual to perform valuable functions within our corporate office in Dallas. Join our growing company and be a part of our passionate team as a Dispatch Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant. Our business is centered around our talented staff, and as a Dispatch Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant you will work first hand with them. You will take part in ensuring they arrive to their assignments and dispatch replacements when needed. You’ll also assist in scheduling the staff and making sure they are prepared for their assignments.

 

Dispatch Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year dispatch experience or administrative (any industry)
  • Computer/technology skills (skills in G-Suite, Excel, Salesforce, Trello a plus!)
  • Excellent skills in organization, time management and communication
  • Able to work: PART-TIME Wed & Thu (3pm-11pm), Fri (3pm-9pm) and Sat (1pm-7pm) (25-30 hours/week)
    • These hours will fluctuate based on the needs of the business
  • Perform tasks without supervision/ self starter
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have your own home computer or laptop with strong internet connection and able to work from home some days

Dispatch Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant Job Duties:

  • Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Reliable and on time
  • Respond to questions, concerns and complaints from staff, vendors or clients
  • Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager
  • Document issues on the Bookings and in staff profiles, task HR to resolve issues
  • Send out feedback requests and review reports received
  • Draft email/text blasts to drive up available staff to cover busy days
  • Follow up with staff before their events to ensure fulfillment of all orders and trouble shoot issues as they arise
  • Utilize information from schedulers to dispatch replacement staff quickly and efficiently
