Welcome to Trinity Event Staffing’s Application Page.  Trinity Staffing provides certified bartenders and wait staff, degreed chefs, courteous valet, attentive security and more! 

PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS AND FILL OUT ALL OF THE REQUIRED FORMS:

1) Find the Subcontractor Application HERE.  Copy/paste it into an email, fill in the required information and send it to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com

2) Find the W9 form HERE.  Right click on the form and print it.  Fill it out and either scan/email it to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com or fax it to 877-485-6160 or mail it to Trinity Event Staffing, 25 Highland Park Village, Suite 100-424, Dallas, TX 75205.

3) Find the Direct Deposit form HERE.  While Direct Deposit is not required, it is highly recommended. Copy/paste it into an email, fill in the required information and send it to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com

4) Send two clear pictures of yourself via email to jobs@trinityeventstaffing.com.  The first should be a recent head & face photo.  The second should be a recent full body photo. BE SURE TO NOTE YOUR NAME IN THE EMAIL.  Photos need to be less than 1MB in size and preferably a JPEG image.

5) Read and understand the Subcontractor Agreement HERE.
