The training of our event staff and leadership corps have been essential to our success and that of our clients.

We start with excellent event staff who bring their past experience and training with them. We then add to their knowledge by sharing our years of experience. We incorporate several levels of training, from 101 basics to fine dining to leadership training. We also utilize several different types of training, including online Powerpoint presentations and testing, hands on classroom-style training and ultimately OJT continuing education through our leadership teams.
