Cotes du Coeur 2010

   Thanks for being a part of the Trinity Event Staffing team.  The event is this Saturday, April 9, 2011, for the American Heart Association’s annual Cotes du Coeur event at the Hilton Anatole hotel located at 2201 Stemmons Freeway (I35), Dallas, TX 75207 (a mile north of downtown Dallas on Interstate 35 – see map below).  PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you there!

Part 1. Uniform

TUX uniform is required. YOU MUST REVIEW THE UNIFORM HERE.
ALL STAFF must have a waiter-style wine tool, 2 pens, and a small cigarette lighter. 
Showing up not dressed or not wearing the correct uniform could result in being sent home.
Leave all other personal belongings at home or in your car as there is no safe place to put it.  If you must bring a bag, then you can check it at the front desk.

Part 2. Saturday Timeline:

3:00pm TES managers arrive for MANAGERS MEETING

4:30pm Staff MUST ARRIVE at 4:30pm in order to park, get fully dressed, walk ¼ mile around the facility to the main tower, find the Sapphire Room, and sign in 10 minutes early.

5:00pm CALL TIME in SAPPHIRE ROOM. Staff must be fully dressed and signed in with Trinity LEAD 10 minutes BEFORE the call time in the Sapphire Room.  There will be a free staff meal available for those staff who arrive on time.

10:00pm Dinner over, but MUST WAIT TO SIGN OUT WITH A TES MANAGER

Part 3. Parking and entering the bulding Park in the Employee Garage located on Market Blvd. or in Lot 1 (see map below) Put on your complete uniform, walk around the facility, past Lot 1, 2, and 3. Enter the tall, TOWER BUILDING, and go to the Sapphire Room.  Upon entering the tower, go to the grand hallway with the large statues. FIND THE TRINITY EVENT STAFFING LEAD.  There will be multiple staffing companies at this event, so please make sure to check in with the TRINITY EVENT STAFFING leader. If lost, ask for the location of the Sapphire Room near the Cotes du Coeurs event.
